Criminal Indictment of Angel Ann Flores

Stockton, CA - Today, the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office and District Attorney Ron Freitas announced the criminal indictment by the Grand Jury of Angel Ann Flores on felony charges. The charges include:

• PC550(A)(4) Making false or fraudulent insurance claims
• PC424a(1) Embezzlement by a public officer
• PC504A Embezzlement by public or private officers

Ron Freitas, San Joaquin County District Attorney, stated, "Grand juries have been a hallmark of the American justice system since the founding of our Nation. The San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office has facilitated a Grand Jury in moving forward with this indictment, stridently upholding the constitutional right to a swift and impartial judicial process for all involved. Jury trial on this matter has been scheduled for March 14, 2025 in Department 8 D.
