Post-Bar Internships

Available to all post-bar law students.


We are currently accepting applications for the 2025 Post Bar Law Clerk position (post-February 2025 bar exam and post-July 2025 bar exam). This is a paid, full-time, contract position that will start after the bar examination and continue until either May or December 2025, depending on when you take the exam. Applicants must apply on the San Joaquin County Human Resources website.

Volunteer Internships

Volunteer to work at the District Attorney's Office alongside our Deputy District Attorneys and Investigators! You will have the opportunity to observe and participate in the work involved in navigating the criminal justice system.


We are currently accepting Volunteer Internship applications for Summer 2025 from pre-law college students and those who are currently in law school.  We have met our capacity for Spring 2025 internships.
