Andres Cisneros Sentenced to 22 Years State Prison for Child Molestation
On June 20, 2025, in San Joaquin County Superior Court, Judge Garber sentenced Andres Cisneros to 22 years in state prison for multiple child molestation offenses.
Cisneros pled guilty to the following charges:
- PC 288.5 – Continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14: 12 years in state prison
- PC 288(b)(1) – Forcible lewd act upon a child under the age of 14: 10 years in state prison, consecutive
These convictions constitute two separate strike offenses under California’s Three Strikes Law. Cisneros will also be required to register as a sex offender for life.
San Joaquin County District Attorney Ron Freitas issued the following statement: “This defendant committed horrific crimes against a vulnerable child, and this sentence ensures he is held fully accountable. Our office remains committed to protecting children and seeking justice for victims of abuse. “
