San Joaquin County District Attorney, Ron Freitas announces the sentencing of Juan Belmontez, who entered guilty pleas to serious charges including Sexual Penetration with Force, Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration with Force on a Child Under 18, and Felony Sexual Battery with Restraint. These charges stem from incidents involving multiple victims.
"The sentencing of Juan Belmontez represents a significant step towards justice for the victims," said District Attorney Ron Freitas. "We commend the bravery of those who came forward to share their impact statements in court."
The court sentenced Belmontez to 15 years in State Prison, reflecting the severity of his crimes.
