Stockton, CA - San Joaquin County District Attorney Ron Freitas announced today the arraignment of Pamela Edwards in Department 3A of the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Edwards, a former court employee, has been charged with a misdemeanor related to the alleged unauthorized disclosure of confidential court documents.
District Attorney Ron Freitas stated:
"This arraignment reflects our commitment to preserve the integrity of our judicial process. The unauthorized release of any confidential material is unacceptable and undermines the trust placed in our court system. We will continue to pursue justice in this case with the seriousness it demands, ensuring that those entrusted with the public's confidence are held accountable."
The next court date for this matter is scheduled for January 15, 2025, in Department 3A.A Family Justice Center is a collaborative model of service delivery that brings together a range of resources and support services under one roof to better serve victims of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Sexual Assault, Elder Abuse, Child Abuse, and Stalking.
