Stockton, CA - District Attorney Ron Freitas announced today that Mister Lee, 27, of Stockton, has been found guilty following a violent robbery at Corona Liquor in January 2024, where he allegedly pistol-whipped a customer. Lee was not apprehended until a search of his residence in April uncovered multiple firearms, ammunition, magazines, brass knuckles with an attached switchblade, and several pounds of marijuana.
"We stand firm against those who disrupt our communities, and peace and do harm to the small businesses that are the backbone of San Joaquin County", said District Attorney Ron Freitas.
The prosecution team, led by Deputy District Attorney Melanie Eiges, demonstrated exceptional skill in this case and we thank her for their hard work. Special acknowledgment also goes to Detective Paul Gutierrez of the Stockton Police Department for his diligent investigation linking these crimes. The San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office would like to thank the Judge and jury for their work on this case.
Lee's next scheduled court date is January 27, 2025.
